1. Sponsor

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commenced on January 1, 2026 and concluded on April 21, 2026, unless extended, modified, or terminated by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

3. Eligibility
Open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who reside in the United States and satisfy the participation requirements during the Promotion Period. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
Eligible clients who completed qualifying tax preparation services during the Promotion Period received one (1) promotional entry ticket, subject to Sponsor verification and compliance with these Rules.
Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, forged, altered, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void.
Sponsor reserves the right to limit entries, reject invalid entries, and verify all participant information.

5. Prizes
Prizes awarded during the Promotion included, but were not limited to:
• One Honda HR-V vehicle
• One Honda CR-V vehicle
• One $10,000 cash prize
• Additional promotional prizes announced during campaign period
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability, legal compliance, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.
Vehicle color, trim, model year, features, and specifications may vary.

6. Approximate Retail Value
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prizes may vary based on market conditions, taxes, dealer pricing, availability, and final specifications.

7. Winner Selection
Winners were selected by random drawing from eligible entries during live promotional events conducted by Sponsor.
All decisions of Sponsor regarding winner selection, eligibility, interpretation of rules, and administration are final and binding.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize
Potential winners were announced live and/or contacted using available contact information.
Sponsor may require winners to execute affidavits, releases, proof of identity, tax forms, insurance documentation, title documentation, or any other documents required by law before prize delivery.
Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, refusal to sign required documents, or noncompliance may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection.

9. Taxes, Fees, and Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, local, income, registration, title, licensing, tag, insurance, transportation, maintenance, and any other taxes, fees, or costs associated with prize acceptance, transfer, ownership, or use unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor in writing.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, statements, city/state, and photographs for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, franchisees, representatives, and vendors from any claim, injury, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense arising out of participation, prize acceptance, prize use, or promotion administration.

12. Fraud / Technical Issues / Force Majeure
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, acts fraudulently, or disrupts the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for printing errors, lost tickets, technical failures, internet interruptions, event delays, acts of God, weather, governmental actions, or any event beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law / Venue
This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for disputes shall lie in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
